- In Oct 2024, As part of its subcontracting plan to increase its reach, OptConnect completed the acquisition of Capestone, a Dutch IoT solutions supplier of 4 and 5g solutions. OptConnect's European currency and wireless connectivity solutions are significantly enhanced by this acquisition. Capestone will continue to use its trademark and operate from its headquarters in Leiden, Netherlands, as well as branches in Dusseldorf, Germany, and London, UK.
- In April 2024, OXIO said that its Telecom as a Service platform has grown remarkably internationally. This merely ensures that M2M and IoT Russia will be more competitive internationally. With 800 networks, OXIO can already provide its services in 180 countries and ensure smooth coverage for all users. This makes it possible for M2M and IoT companies to have a single cloud platform for all of their activities. Businesses no longer need to integrate several vendors from multiple regions thanks to this expansion.
